Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kelsey Emblow Illustration. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@kelseyemblow.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads — due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

3. Exchanges

If you received a faulty or damaged item, we will happily offer an exchange or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty.

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
