1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment being received. During busy periods (such as Christmas or sale events), processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to the UK and internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

UK Standard: 3–5 business days
UK Tracked: 1–3 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Please note these are estimates and delivery times may vary due to postal delays or customs processing outside of our control.

4. Tracked Shipping

Where tracked shipping is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered instantly via a download link sent to your email address upon purchase. No physical shipping is required for digital items.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

7. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to help. For lost parcels, we may need to allow a short additional period before raising an investigation with the postal carrier.
